LCA Draw Board units shipped from our facility and sold from March 1st to October 31st, 2024, have a potential defect.
Since we released the draw board in 2015, we’ve sold over 20,000 units. This notice only applies to units sold within the mentioned date range. The information below describes how to check the draw board serial number to determine if your unit is within the affected date range. This applies to both Standard & Ultimate draw board models.
Item numbers: DBS1001 & DBU1001
STEP #1. Read the letter shown above.
STEP #2. Find your LCA Draw Board serial number on the bottom of the winch.
STEP #3. Find out if your serial number tracks as a unit sold between 3/1/24 and 10/31/24 or if you purchased a draw board rebuild during the affected period.
STEP #4. If you have an affected unit, please fill out the form below. Our team will then contact you.
