Revolution Vise – AR15 Head

Setup & Use Instructions

Secure the Revolution Vise to a solid bench, table, or LCA bow press using the mounting clamp.

Tighten the clamp until the vise is stable and cannot move during use.

Verify the firearm is unloaded, the chamber is clear, and the magazine has been removed before mounting.

Inspect the AR15 Head and ensure it is clean and free of debris.

Insert the AR15 Head into the Revolution Vise receiver until it is fully seated.

Tighten the receiver knob on the vise to lock the AR15 Head firmly in place.

Align the AR15 magwell with the AR15 Head.

Insert the AR15 Head directly into the rifle’s magwell just as you would insert a magazine.

Press the rifle down until the magwell is fully engaged and seated on the AR15 Head.

Confirm the rifle is secure and properly supported before performing any work.

Loosen the multi-axis adjustment controls to rotate or tilt the firearm as needed.

Position the rifle to a comfortable working angle for maintenance, assembly, or inspection.

Tighten the adjustment controls to lock the firearm in position.

Verify the rifle is stable before applying torque or performing detailed work.

When finished, loosen the adjustment controls and return the rifle to a neutral position.

Remove the rifle from the AR15 Head by lifting it straight up and out of the magwell.

Loosen the receiver knob and remove the AR15 Head from the vise.

Store the AR15 Head with your Revolution Vise accessories for future use.
