LAST CHANCE ARCHERY PROVIDES A LIMITED WARRANTY ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS AS PROVIDED IN LAST CHANCE ARCHERY’S WARRANTY DISCLAIMER DOCUMENT LOCATED AT https://lastchancearchery.com/warranty-disclaimer/. LAST CHANCE ARCHERY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY PROVIDED IN LAST CHANCE ARCHERY’S WARRANTY DISCLAIMER DOCUMENT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LAST CHANCE ARCHERY BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL, TORT, ECONOMIC, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ORDER, EVEN IF LAST CHANCE ARCHERY HAS BEEN APPRISED OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING.

Thank you for your purchase from Last Chance Archery, LLC.

The limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects. This is only applicable during the Warranty Period as listed on the included chart per your particular product.

During the Warranty Period, Last Chance Archery, LLC will repair or replace, at no charge to the customer, only products or parts of a product that prove defective because of a manufacturing defect. This will be decided upon examination of the product/s and proven, to Last Chance Archery’s satisfaction, defective.

The limited warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, power surges, vandalism, improper installation, or improper service. Additionally, it does not cover shipping costs inside any event.

Disassembly, modification, and/or tampering of any kind to any LCA product will void all warranties immediately.

Last Chance Archery, LLC will either repair a product under warranty at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or, if necessary, replace the defective product in full.

NOTE: If we determine that any issue is not covered under warranty, we’ll contact you with a quoted repair cost. If you don’t want to proceed with the repair, you’ll be responsible for shipping it back to your desired location. Returned products not paid for within 3 months will be discarded or labeled unclaimed.

Any product outside the warranty period, upon receipt, will be assessed, and the customer will be notified of the total repair cost and return shipping costs. Every effort will be made to repair the warranty items and return them to the customer within 48 hours from receipt of the product.

NOTE: Warranty applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY AND IS NONTRANSFERABLE. This also applies to any item purchased, used, or purchased through a non-authorized LCA Distributor. Any and every LCA product warranty will be labeled INVALID if any parts, accessories, or other name-brand items are applied, used, or otherwise added to any/LCA product. If a product has been purchased through Amazon or any similar retailer, and it’s found that the product is counterfeit, that product will not be covered under warranty, and all repair services will be null & void.

The Last Chance Archery, LLC warranty policy will only provide repairs and/or replacements for LCA products, with no exceptions. Damage to accessories outside of the LCA product alone is not covered under any part of the Last Chance Archery warranty policy.

The LCA block and finger system is a patented system that will not be sold separately from a press purchase without prior approval.

The warranty period for each product from Last Chance Archery, LLC, as described in the table below, commences from the date of purchase. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original part.

Each customer must provide proof of purchase for the warranty to be valid on any LCA product.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To obtain warranty service, please fill out our online warranty and repair form. This form is available at https://lastchancearchery.com/warranty-repair-form/. After we receive the form, we’ll respond to your email and recommend an appropriate solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, we’ll email you a return authorization number you can place on your package.

LCA will only accept pre-authorized returns.

FOR PRODUCTS WITHIN WARRANTY:

The customer will pay the freight charges to our facility, and Last Chance Archery, LLC will cover the return shipping costs to the customer’s location after the repairs are completed.

International Customers: LCA will repair the product at no charge; however, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to our facility and return shipping charges to their location.

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY:

The customer will be required to pay freight to our facility for the repair and for the return shipment to their location after the repairs are completed.
