Xbow Fletching Adapter

Setup & Use Instructions

Confirm your fletching jig is compatible and ready for use before installing the adapter.

Insert the Xbow Fletching Adapter into the jig’s nock receiver the same way a standard nock would be installed.

Ensure the adapter is fully seated and aligned in the jig.

Select the crossbow bolt to be fletched, including flat nock, half-moon nock, Omni nock, or a bolt without a nock.

Insert the rear of the bolt into the Xbow Fletching Adapter.

Allow the spring-loaded mechanism to expand or contract to securely grip the bolt.

Verify the bolt is held firmly and centered within the adapter.

Confirm the internal alignment pin is engaged to ensure consistent vane alignment.

Position the jig according to your standard fletching process.

Apply glue to the vane and install it onto the bolt as normal.

Allow the glue to set before rotating the jig to the next vane position.

Repeat the fletching process until all vanes are installed.

Allow vanes to fully cure before removing the bolt from the adapter.

Remove the bolt by gently pulling it straight out of the adapter.

Remove the adapter from the jig when switching back to standard arrow fletching.

Store the adapter in a clean, dry location when not in use.
