Upgrade your LCA green or Pack-N-Go bow press with this 3″ Wide Pin Kit, designed to accommodate today’s wider-limb compound bows. Compatible with all LCA Green and Pack-N-Go models, this kit includes two 3″ pins and a pin pusher tool for easy removal and installation. The wider design provides more space for finger adjustments and is essential for pressing newer bows, such as the Mathews Title. It also offers improved compatibility with models from Prime, Elite, Bear, Hoyt, PSE, and others.
Lead Time: 3 week(s)

The 3-Inch Pin Kit is designed for Last Chance Archery’s Green and Pack-N-Go bow presses. These presses originally ship with 2.5-inch pins, which may not accommodate today’s extra-wide compound bow limbs.
Upgrade Required: For certain new bow models with wider limb spacing.
Not Needed For: Most bows made over the past 20 years.
Important: This kit is only for Green/Pack-N-Go presses.
For copper-colored presses, use the 3-Inch Block Kit instead.
(2) Steel pins (3” length)
(2) Spring steel plates
(2) Mounting screws (for spring steel)
(1) Pin Pusher tool
½” wrench (longer handle recommended for torque)
Flathead screwdriver
Hammer (medium size)
1/8” Allen wrench
(Optional: Impact drill with ½” bit for faster pin pushing.)
Remove bow press fingers from your press.
Using a 1/8” Allen wrench, remove the screw holding the spring steel plate.
Set the spring steel aside.
Position the Pin Pusher tool:
Round tubing side goes inside.
Threaded stud pushes against the pin.
Angle iron point faces upward.
Tighten the threaded stud by hand until snug.
Use a ½” wrench to turn the stud, pressing the pin out.
Apply steady torque—pins are press-fit and may feel tight.
Once the 2.5” pin is removed, unscrew the tool fully to reset.
Inspect the new pin: one rounded end, one flat end.
Insert rounded end first into the block.
Flat end will face out for the tool to press against.
Lightly tap the pin with a hammer to get it started.
Position the Pin Pusher tool over the new pin, centered.
Use a ½” wrench to tighten the stud, pressing the new pin into place.
Stop once the pin is flush with the block.
If slightly off-center, adjust gently with a hammer tap.
⚠️ Note: Rarely, the fit may be loose. If so:
Use a flathead screwdriver to “score” the inside of the block with light taps.
This creates grooves that help hold the pin tight.
Place the wider spring steel plate (from the kit) over the pin.
Secure with the included screw using a 1/8” Allen wrench.
Perform the same process for the second pin.
Ensure both pins are aligned and secure before reinstalling bow press fingers.
Reinstall bow press fingers by pressing down on the spring steel plates and sliding them into position.
Your press is now equipped with 3” pins, allowing safe pressing of today’s wider-limbed compound bows.
Upgrade applies only to Green & Pack-N-Go presses.
Copper-colored presses require the 3-Inch Block Kit (see separate manual).
Since late 2023, new presses may already include 3” pins—measure yours to check:
2.5” width = Old style (upgrade needed).
3” width = Already upgraded.
This kit includes upgraded 3″ wide pins for your LCA bow press. Install these pins onto any LCA green or Pack-N-Go bow press model. When upgrading, you’ll use an included pin pusher to remove the narrow 2.5″ pins, and you’ll use the same tool to install the 3″ pins to help accommodate wider limb compound bow models hitting the market. Interchange the pins easily by following a few simple steps. See the instructional video below!
If you have an LCA bow press that’s copper in color, purchase the 3″ Block Kit instead of the 3” Pin Kit.
Included:
2 – 3″ steel pins
2 – 3″ springsteel plates
2 – Springsteel mounting screws
1 – Pin pusher
Features:
• Wider base to accommodate wider limb bows
• More room for finger adjustments in/out

Extremely easy swap of the 2 1/2 to 3 inch pins.
Do better LCA
The 3 inch pin kit for the EZ green press is a bad joke. The threads on the pin pusher stripped out while I was installing the first pin and was completely useless after that. I expect a good product from LCA and I was very disappointed.
Hello, Zach!
Thank you for your feedback. Did you reach out to our team? We’d gladly help you resolve this. The 3′ Pin Kits have shipped by the thousands over the past few months, and if a threading is stripped, it’s very likely a piece of debris was inside the channel and lodged between the stud and the nut. It’s a simple fix, and we could quickly ship you a replacement pin pusher. But I’m confident you’ve already resolved this issue based on the timing of your review!
Decent upgrade
The good…I’m glad there was an upgrade available vs buying a new press.
The bad…the make shift press tool was off center making pressing the new pins in a pain. The front was canted down and the end of the press rod kept rolling off center.
Installation tool is junk
For the price of the kit, you would think it would come with a better installation tool which I broke trying to remove the second pin only lasted for the second pin. To me it looks like they need to have somebody weld these tools a lot better.
3 inch pin kit
It was exactly what I needed to upgrade my press. Easy to install
Pin removal press is junk. It bent on the first pin when it was only have way out. So bad that I had to cut it off. Cheap angle iron and poor design.
