E-Clips (3/16″ Fit) – PK19
Setup & Use Instructions
Confirm the axle or shaft being serviced uses a 3/16″ diameter before installation.
Relieve all tension from the bow using an appropriate bow press before removing or installing e-clips.
Remove the existing e-clip carefully using an e-clip tool or small pick.
Avoid prying aggressively to prevent bending the clip or damaging the axle groove.
Inspect the axle groove to ensure it is clean and free of debris.
Select a replacement 3/16″ e-clip from the pack.
Position the open side of the e-clip over the axle groove.
Press the e-clip straight onto the axle until it snaps fully into the groove.
Confirm the e-clip is seated evenly and fully engaged.
Verify the clip cannot slide off or rotate out of position.
Reapply tension to the bow slowly and check that the e-clip remains secure.
Replace e-clips anytime they show signs of wear, deformation, or loss of tension.
Store unused e-clips in your Basic or Pro Parts Kit for quick access.
Use PK refill packs to keep high-use replacement parts readily available for tuning or repairs.
