Nylon Spacer – 1/4-20 x 3/8″ – PK2
Setup & Use Instructions
Select a nylon spacer from the pack based on your tuning or replacement need.
Confirm the spacer is designed for use with a 1/4-20 bolt.
Inspect the spacer to ensure it is clean and free of cracks or deformation.
Slide the spacer onto the bolt or stud before installation.
Position the spacer between components to achieve proper spacing or alignment.
Use the spacer to prevent metal-to-metal contact where needed.
Thread the bolt or stud into the mating component by hand to confirm alignment.
Tighten the fastener using appropriate tools until secure.
Avoid over-tightening to prevent compressing or damaging the nylon spacer.
Verify the spacer remains centered and properly seated after tightening.
