2 × Adjustable press arms with sliding finger blocks
4 × Press fingers (2 per side)
1 × Draw stop finger
2 × Bench mounting brackets
4 × Lag bolts with washers

Mounting & Setup

Choose a sturdy, level bench capable of supporting full press torque and motor movement.
Attach mounting brackets to the base using provided bolts and washers.
For permanent mounting, use the included lag bolts.
For temporary mounting, use heavy-duty C-clamps and check tightness before each use.
Connect the foot toggle cord to the motor control port before plugging in the unit.
Verify the press is stable, level, and connected properly.

Motor Operation

Plug the press into a grounded 110V outlet (or regional equivalent).
The thumb toggle controls both directions of motor travel.
Press the left side of the toggle to open the press arms.
Press the right side of the toggle to close the arms and apply compression.
Release the button at any time to stop motor movement instantly.
The motor stops automatically when the toggle is released.

Adjusting the Press Arms (Axle-to-Axle Range)

Pull the locking pin on each arm to slide the arms inward or outward.
Set both arms evenly for proper alignment and balanced compression.
Reinsert the pins fully to lock the arms in place.

Important: Never adjust arm width when the bow is under tension.

Installing & Adjusting the Press Fingers

Press the spring-steel tab and slide each finger into its slot until it locks.
Adjust finger spacing to match limb width.
Use thumb screws to fine-tune limb contact.
Ensure all four fingers rest flush and evenly against the limb surfaces.
Confirm no twisting, angling, or side-loading is present.
Install the draw stop finger if the bow uses limb stops.

Placing the Bow or Crossbow in the Press

Center the bow or crossbow in the press.
Rest both limb tips evenly on the fingers.
Confirm all strings, cables, and cams are clear of the press frame.
Close the arms slowly with the toggle until all fingers make light, even contact.

Crossbow orientation:
Standard-limb — Stock up.
Reverse-limb — Stock down.

Pressing the Bow or Crossbow

With the bow centered and fingers aligned, slowly compress the limbs using the foot toggle.
Stop when string and cable tension is fully relieved.
Perform tuning, string/cable installation, serving, or timing adjustments.
Press the opposite side of the toggle to open the arms and release tension slowly.

After Use & Maintenance

Wipe down the frame, arms, and fingers after each session.
Lubricate lead screw threads and motor linkage lightly.
Inspect mounting hardware, fingers, thumb screws, and arm pins regularly.
Check electrical cords and toggle connections for wear or damage.
Store in a dry, clean environment.

Troubleshooting
