Installation
Confirm your bow press is an LCA Power Press currently equipped with a toggle switch.
Ensure the bow press is not under load before beginning installation.
Disconnect the existing toggle switch wiring from the motor.
Remove the toggle switch connection from the motor housing as needed to allow for the foot control wiring.
Position the Foot Control Housing in a location that allows comfortable foot access during operation.
Connect the wiring assembly to the motor using the designated connector.
Route the wiring neatly to avoid pinch points or interference with press movement.
Connect the wiring assembly to the Foot Control Housing.
Connect the foot control switch to the Foot Control Housing.
Plug the power supply into the Foot Control Assembly.
Plug the power supply into a grounded outlet.
Verify all connections are fully seated and secure.
Test the foot control by lightly engaging the pedal to confirm proper motor operation.
Use the foot control to operate the bow press, keeping both hands free for bow handling and adjustments.
Discontinue use immediately if any abnormal movement or sound is detected and recheck connections.
