Ensure the Revolution Arrow Saw is unplugged from the power outlet before beginning the installation.
Place the saw on a stable work surface with adequate lighting and access to the motor housing.
Remove the motor cover or mounting hardware securing the existing motor.
Carefully disconnect the motor wiring connectors from the original motor.
Remove the mounting screws or bolts that secure the motor to the saw frame.
Slide the old motor out of the mounting position and set it aside.
Position the replacement 230V motor into the motor mounting bracket.
Align the motor shaft with the saw blade assembly to ensure proper fit.
Secure the motor using the original mounting hardware.
Reconnect the motor wiring connectors exactly as they were connected previously.
Ensure all wires are secure and clear of moving components.
Reinstall the motor cover or housing if applicable.
After assembly, ensure there is 1/8″ clearance between the chuck and the motor plate.
Plug the saw into a 230V outlet only.
Briefly power on the saw to verify smooth motor operation and correct blade rotation.
Listen for any unusual noises and ensure the blade spins smoothly and quietly.
Turn the saw off and verify all mounting hardware remains tight and secure.
