Replacement – 3″ Cut-Off Wheel
Setup & Use Instructions
Disconnect power from the arrow saw before removing or installing the cut-off wheel.
Allow the saw and existing blade to come to a complete stop before handling.
Loosen the arbor or retaining hardware according to the saw manufacturer’s instructions.
Remove the existing cut-off wheel carefully from the saw.
Inspect the mounting arbor to ensure it is clean and free of debris.
Install the 3″ cut-off wheel onto the arbor, ensuring the ½″ center bore is fully seated.
Align the blade so it sits flat and true against the mounting surface.
Reinstall and tighten the retaining hardware securely without over-tightening.
Rotate the blade by hand to confirm it spins freely and does not wobble.
Reconnect power to the saw once installation is complete.
Use light, controlled pressure when cutting arrow shafts to achieve clean, precise cuts.
Allow the blade to do the work to maximize blade life and cut quality.
Inspect the blade periodically for wear or damage and replace as needed.
Store unused cut-off wheels in a clean, dry location.
