Setup & Use Instructions
Confirm that your fletching jig is a Vane Master PRO Fletching Jig before installation.
Remove the existing fletch indexing knob from the Vane Master PRO.
Select the desired 4-fletch configuration, either 90° or 105°/75°, based on your arrow setup and tuning goals.
Use the 105°/75° configuration for an “X-wing” style vane layout that improves clearance on large-diameter target arrows and with blade-style arrow rests.
Install the LCA 4 Fletch Knob onto the Vane Master PRO Fletching Jig in place of the original knob.
Ensure the knob is fully seated and secured for consistent indexing during fletching.
Insert the arrow shaft into the jig and align it according to your standard fletching setup.
Apply glue to the vane and fletch the first vane as normal.
Rotate the 4 Fletch Knob to the next indexed position.
Repeat the fletching process until all four vanes are installed.
Verify that each vane is evenly spaced according to the selected configuration.
Allow vanes to fully cure before removing the arrow from the jig.
Inspect vane alignment and adhesion before shooting.
Use the 4 Fletch Knob for both compound and recurve arrow setups as desired.
Remove and store the knob safely when switching back to a 3-fletch configuration.
