Locate your RA# (Order No.) on your order confirmation

Write the RA# clearly on the outside of your package (required for acceptance)

Step 2 – Package Your Product

Use a sturdy box with sufficient packing materials

Clearly write the RA# on the box

Note: LCA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages

Step 3 – Product Inspection

An LCA technician will verify that the correct rebuild service was ordered

If additional repairs are required, you will be contacted for approval before proceeding

Step 4 – Rebuild & Return

Rebuilds are completed, repacked, and shipped back within 5 business days of arrival

This product kit is for you if you need only a replacement cord for your (Gen 1) LCA Draw Board.

If the only component that needs to be replaced is the cord and all other parts are functioning correctly, we offer a simple cord replacement kit that we can ship directly to you without creating a return for repair. You can then follow this step-by-step video guide to replace the cord in your unit. This option helps avoid shipping costs, as you would handle it on-site rather than sending it to LCA.

However, it’s essential to note that this kit provides only a new cord and the washers required to create a new spool. If you have other issues that require attention, a rebuild might be a better option.
