Setup & Use Instructions
Confirm that your fletching jig is a Vane Master PRO Fletching Jig before installation.
Remove the existing fletch indexing knob from the Vane Master PRO.
Install the LCA 5 Fletch Knob onto the Vane Master PRO Fletching Jig in place of the original knob.
Ensure the knob is fully seated and secured to ensure consistent indexing during fletching.
Insert the arrow shaft into the jig and align it according to your standard fletching setup.
Apply glue to the vane and fletch the first vane as normal.
Rotate the 5 Fletch Knob to the next indexed position.
Repeat the fletching process until all five vanes are installed.
Verify that each vane is evenly spaced according to the selected configuration.
Allow vanes to fully cure before removing the arrow from the jig.
Inspect vane alignment and adhesion before shooting.
Remove and store the knob safely when switching back to another knob option.
